{Simple side dish}

::Disclaimer::
If you are not a fan of onions, turn away now

Since I have a husband who has the appetite of an elephant, I am always looking for hearty side dishes to accompany our meals. This is no exception...it requires all of 5 simple ingredients which makes this dish very simple and very delicious...that's how I like to roll
Enjoy!

{Roasted Red Potatoes with Onions}

The cast::
4-7 Baby red potatoes (depending on the size, we eat a lot so we use 7!)
1 onion
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
Salt and Pepper to season
...thats it (see I told you!)

First off, spray you dish with non stick spray

Then chop up 1 whole onion
Place in your dish
Next, wash and cut up your potatoes
Mix the onions and potatoes

*Spread a few tablespoons of butter in with the mix..

*Cook on 350 for 50 mins

*Season with salt, pepper or your flavor of choice!!

Ta-da, that's it...
Im all about simple!

...and don't you claim you can't cook? You're a good little "susie-home-maker". It's almost time to plan a bbq!
