Kate says, "It's about time Miss Norah!! I came out with that much hair. Now if you'll just convince my dad to let me pierce my ears, we'd be the two hottest babies on the block!!" hehe. Norah's hair almost looks a little bit reddish, kinda like Kate's hair with that "tint"?! Norah's eye are definately a much lighter blue -- and they are very pretty!!
